Documents Required for Proposal
- Completed ACORD applications
- Completed supplemental hotel application
- Currently valued loss runs for current year plus last three terms
- For locations over 20 years old, we require detailed update information for plumbing, electrical, heating, and roofing
- Copy of most recent franchise inspection (if available)
