Current Openings:

Assistant CSR: Assists Customer Service Representatives in a high volume call center. Assists insurance agents and insurance customers in servicing their recreational insurance policies, to include: processing endorsements, processing applications, reviewing underwriting criteria, processing policy payments, and other duties as assigned. Basic Insurance knowledge is required, and a 2-20 or 4-40 license is preferred.

Assistant Operations and Premium Finance Manager: Assists with the operations of the agency and the premium finance company. Leads a dynamic Customer Service Group. A minimum of 5 years insurance and premium finance experience and a 2-20 license is required. The ideal candidate must posses excellent and proven business skills, must be organized and demonstrate the ability to supervise, manage, focus, and motivate employees and peers.
