Since 1972 U.S. Insurance Services has been the industry leader in offering competitive personal insurance for the recreational products insurance market. We are a company that specializes in recreational products insurance - Motorcycles (including Scooters & ATVs), Travel Trailers, Boats and Personal Watercraft including jet skis and jet boats. Our markets are all rated A or better and include American Reliable Insurance Company, a member of the Assurant Group. If you need help or have questions about our products, please contact us. We offer a variety of coverage options including increased limits to meet umbrella requirements. We also provide attractive payment plans with as little as 25% down. History

U.S. Insurance Services, Inc. began in 1972 as a General Agency writing motorcycle insurance in the state of Florida. As the company grew, markets and demographics evolved and the company added personal watercraft insurance to it's product portfolio. The company extended it's writings into North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Virginia as independent agents sought out the recreational products expertise and unmatched customer service that U.S. Insurance has come to be known for. U.S. Insurance looks ahead to the future with enthusiasm by building upon the standard of service our producers have come to expect and building upon the portfolio of products and services. Recently, U.S. Insurance added Travel Trailers to it's product portfolio and is researching other product offerings as well as states for future expansion.

To Honor God In All We Do

Our first objective has an impact on every aspect of our business - from the way we serve customers to the relationships we have with the companies we represent. We believe that every person - regardless of personal beliefs or differences - has been created in the image and likeness of God. We seek to recognize the dignity, worth and potential of each individual and believe that everyone from service worker to company president has intrinsic worth and value. We further believe that our business exists to glorify God. To achieve that end, our company seeks to spread the good news... the Gospel of Jesus Christ - to our employees, customers, suppliers and vendors. Additionally, we seek to support ministries that share our goal of reaching the lost for Christ. (Matt 28: 19-20) By sharing the gospel with the lost and supporting ministries that share our goal we hope to Honor God by being good stewards of the resources He has entrusted to us. (Luke 16:11) This objective challenges us to have a commitment to truth and to deliver what we promise. It provides the basis for our belief in servant leadership. It is a constant reminder for us to do the right thing the right way.

To Help People Develop

At U.S. Insurance Services, work is about developing, contributing, and feeling the accomplishment of a job well done. By concentrating on what people are doing and what they are becoming, we contribute to the professional and personal development of every individual. Our second objective is an important way for us to demonstrate our belief in the value of each individual and to underscore the importance of understanding and respecting people's differences. The pursuit of excellence is a never-ending process. By giving people the tools and training to develop, we increase their productivity and earnings, and enhance the dignity, self-respect and worth of each individual.

To Pursue Excellence

The purpose of our business is to create and keep customers. This can be accomplished only by delivering superior quality. We continually seek better methods of delivering service and believe that every time we touch a customer's life, we should provide added value for the customer. Our third objective reinforces the importance of viewing quality not as something to attain, but as a journey and a continuous process. We may be pleased, but never satisfied with our service delivery. Pursuing excellence requires us to continue to ask ourselves whether we are delivering on our promise of value to our customers each and every time we serve them. Pursuing excellence means that we must know our customers, understand their needs and expectations, regularly listen to them, and adjust our processes and procedures to more effectively serve them. It is only when our customers feel that they have received service that is worth what they have paid - and more - that we have made a difference and provided excellence in value.
